Slimline Waterfall Gift Card Holder + Mini Album

A Fun, Interactive Project You’re Going to Love!

Today I’m sharing one of my favorite interactive projects of the season—a Slimline Waterfall Gift Card Holder + Mini Photo Album! This project is packed with surprises, layers, flips, and pockets… all tucked inside a beautiful slimline design. If you love cards that double as keepsakes, or if you enjoy creating something with a little “wow factor,” then you are going to adore this one.

Instead of a traditional card, this design opens up to reveal a waterfall feature—perfect for gift cards, photos, little notes, or even tiny mementos. You can personalize every page and make it a true treasure for the person receiving it.

And because I can never resist adding a few hidden details, inside you’ll also find:
✨ A secret pocket
✨ A bonus inside pocket
✨ Space for photos or journaling
✨ Plenty of room for layering and embellishing

It’s the kind of project that feels like a card, a mini album, and a gift—all rolled into one!

💡 What Can You Use This For?

This project is incredibly versatile, and once you make one, you’re going to want to make more!

Here are a few ideas for how you can use it:

  • 🌟 Holiday gift card holder with extra personal touches
  • 🎁 Teacher or coworker gifts
  • 📸 Mini photo album for a friend or family member
  • 🎄 Memory-keeping project for December photos
  • ⭐ Birthday surprises
  • 💌 Love notes or thoughtful messages tucked into each waterfall page

It works beautifully for Christmas, but it’s also perfect for birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and any occasion where you want something that feels handmade and extra special.
