A Farm-Fresh Fall Card with a Twist!

Sometimes the smallest change in card shape makes the biggest impact — and this little fall scene proves it. Instead of a traditional square or rectangle, I created an arched card base, using the Everyday Arches Dies, with a bold buffalo plaid background. That rounded top instantly gives the whole piece a barn-door feel — perfect for harvest season.

The star of the show is a bright orange tractor loaded with corn stalks and hay bales, surrounded by happy little chickens. The Tractor & Co. Bundle made it easy to mix stamped and die-cut elements to build a layered, almost storybook-style farm scene. A bit of twine on the side ties it all together with a rustic touch.

If you’re looking for a fun way to freshen up your fall cards, try changing the shape — arches, tags, and other silhouettes make your creations stand out, even before you add your stamps and embellishments.
